TabletopIntel is looking for freelance writers who know the tabletop, board game, and TCG space. If you can turn a release announcement, a con recap, or a hot take into a clean, well-sourced article, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
News coverage and analysis across board games, tabletop RPGs, and trading card games — new releases, expansions, convention coverage, and product reviews. We’re especially interested in pitches with a specific angle or firsthand knowledge (you playtested it, you were at the con, you collect the game) rather than a rewrite of a press release.
Pay
We pay $15–$30 per accepted article, depending on length and depth. We’ll work out the specifics directly once your pitch is accepted.
How to Pitch
Email us at the address below with a short pitch — not a full draft. Tell us the game or topic, your angle, and a rough word count. If you’ve got clips or writing samples, link a couple. We read every pitch and try to respond within a week.
Pitch us: write4us@tabletopintel.com
One note on accepted articles: they run with a byline, and we may lightly edit for length, clarity, and house style before publishing.
